TheFlipDesk provides outsourced business operations support (virtual assistance, back-office support, bookkeeping and billing, travel operations support, and web solutions) along with digital products and templates available for purchase or free download.

Service engagements

Specific scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing for business operations services are agreed separately with each client, typically over email or a consultation call, before work begins. Pricing shown on individual service pages is indicative and may be customised based on your requirements.

Digital product purchases

  • Digital products are delivered instantly via download link after successful payment (for paid products) or after submitting your details (for free products).
  • Because digital products are delivered instantly and irreversibly, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued, except where the product is materially defective or not as described.
  • You may use purchased templates and tools for your own business use. Reselling, redistributing, or repackaging our digital products without written permission is not permitted.

Payments

All payments are processed securely in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

Accuracy of information
